I think that all the options are great! Not many companies today believe in the old methods of marketing and offering incentives and I think that your company is fantastic for even considering to pay such high commissions or reward people for referring. It's great that many are still doing it. I would go for just about all the options even though I love the idea of receiving free merchandise!
